Mr Carlos Ezeukwu is a consummate entrepreneur.  He cut his entrepreneur teeth in Ibadan, Oyo state Nigeria where at an early age he built a clothing line.

Clothing business took him to Hong Kong, China, Turkey and many other countries in Europe and America.

He has a passion for the satisfaction of basic human needs especially clothing and shelter.

In early 2000, he built several commercial properties where he provided shelter for a large segment of the populace. He always has this urge to explore ways to provide quality shelter at a good price while creating an experience for the users.

In the year 2015, he formed pacific shelters and projects limited whose core values are relationship and giving the customers unforgettable experience.

His long term mission is to reduce the housing deficit in Nigeria through the use of cost effective methods and flexible payment options for buyers.

He has developed several properties in Lekki and its environs and also runs a real estate management firm.

He is a philanthropist and a member of several social groups that advance humanity. He is a dedicated achiever and a team player.

He likes football and wrestling. He is married and blessed with wonderful children.

Legal Adviser

He obtained his LL.B from the University of Nigeria in 2004 and was called to Bar in the year 2005. He served as a legal officer in Justice Development and Peace Commission, (a Catholic Non-Governmental Organization) During the one year mandatory NYSC.
He obtained a master degree in Law from the University of Ibadan. Oyo State in the year 2009. He has worked as solicitor and advocate in various law firms and consults with various Real Estate Firm in Lagos. He joined Pacific Shelters and Projects Limited in the year 2017, and he is in charge of its legal and Human Resources Department. He is married with Kids and his hobbies are Table Tennis and football.

Head of Sales

‘Tunji attended the prestigious Yaba College of Technology, Lagos where a bagged a Higher National Diploma in Estate Surveying & Valuation in 2005. He has worked with numerous Real Estate consulting firms where he has distinguished himself due to his dedication and commitment. Some of which are Fola Oyekan & Associates, Estatelinks Limited where he later joined Pacific Shelters & Projects Ltd as the Head Real Estate Services Desk. He is a versatile real estate professional with a wealth of experience in the Real Estate Agency and Law, Assets Valuations, Pre-investment Appraisal as well as Property/Facility Management. He is a Certified Auctioneer, a member of The African Real Estate Society, a member of the International Facility Management Association, a Member of The Nigeria Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers. He is a devout Christian, happily married and blessed.

Manager & Head of Marketing

Francis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Enugu State University of Science and Technology, Enugu in 2005.
He has cognate banking experience for over 10 years. He was at various times team lead of the Retail and MSME units of the branches of Diamond Bank where he distinguished himself due to his sterling leadership qualities and dedication. He is a member of Nigeria Institute of Management. He is a devout Christian, happily married and blessed. He advises on strategy and provides business development for the company.

Archi & Head of Operations

Mr Opusunju Venila Anila is an indigene of the ancient city of opobo kingdom in Rivers State. He obtained a Diploma in architecture and a B-Tech in urban and regional planning from Rivers State University of science and technology Port Harcourt (now called Rivers State University) in the year 2013. He has worked with Lynthon Nigeria Limited Port Harcourt, where he was involved in the drafting of field maps of georeferenced features and production of settlement maps for Etche community in Rivers State. He was involved in the design of greater Port Harcourt master plan ion 2011. He designed neighbourhood sub division plan for Umunkama community in Ugunagbo LGA Abia State. He was one of the team members that drafted Urban Renewal master plan for diobu community in Rivers State. Mr Venila Opusunju joined Pacific shelters and project family in 2016 as the company’s architectural/master plan operator.

Archi & Head of Media

Onusuwa Dominic from Owerre-Akpukpa Uturu, Isuikwuato L.G.A, Uturu, Abia State is a trained architect from Abia State University, Uturu. After his graduation from the department of Environment Sciences he worked for SoundcityTV as a Non-linear Editor, ONTV as an Editor/Producer; a company owned by Consolidated Media Associates located at 5B Ayo Jagun Street, Lekki Lagos. Period of working with the above company, he acquired skills such in motion graphic and digital marketing.
He later moved on to Gregory University, Uturu as a Lecturer and doubled as a content officer at Orbit FM/TV and as an editor for the campus Social Media platforms. He joined Pacific Shelters & Project Ltd in the year 2018 where he is a Designing Architect, Web Designer and in charge of the Media Spectrum.

Customer Service/Human Resource

Nwaeke Merit is from Rivers state. She attended the federal university of Port Harcourt, where she obtained B.sc in Geography and environmental management.

Merit has worked with Breps Services as a customer service and accounting personnel. She has also worked with Genesis Groups Limited as a cashier.

Merit has strong knowledge in Human Resource and Customer Service.

She joined Pacific shelters and projects in 2019 as the front desk personnel and supports the team in promoting good residential and commercial buildings nationwide.
